About Us

Harmony Care

We are Harmony Care. We were founded in 2003 by the Coldrick family. We provide person-centred support for people with learning disabilities and autism.

From a few hours each week, to intensive support for people with challenging behaviour, complex needs and profound and multiple learning disabilities, we involve the people we support and their families in all levels of their support plan.

Everything we do is personalised to the individual. We believe passionately that people do best when they are in control of their own lives, and when they are living near family and friends.
